FINANCE OFFICERS (2 Positions) 

A finance Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures in line  with organizational policies and principles.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Accounting: 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Bank Reconciliation: 

• Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Statutory Payment Compliance: 

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of taxes, statutory deductions, and other government remittances. • Maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Reconciliations: 

• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate balances
• Manage payment and collection processes

QUALIFICATIONS: 

The ideal candidate for this role should have: – 

• Education requirement; Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting and Finance
•  A Minimum experience of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance
• Proficiency in SAP software is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in complying with local tax regulations
