FINANCE OFFICERS (2 Positions)
A finance Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures in line with organizational policies and principles.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Statutory Payment Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of taxes, statutory deductions, and other government remittances. • Maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Reconciliations:
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate balances
- Manage payment and collection processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this role should have: –
- Education requirement; Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting and Finance
- A Minimum experience of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance
- Proficiency in SAP software is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in complying with local tax regulations
