Key Responsibilities:
- To recruit a team of Financial Advisers
- To ensure and maintain levels of productivity
- To develop various business segments
- To train Financial Planners
- To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations
Requirements
- Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, BSC, HND
- Good Communication and team building Skills
- Training and motivation capabilities
- Must have managed a team
