JOB SUMMARY
WORK CONDITIONS: 24/7 ON ROTATIONAL BASES
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service Management/NOC Protocol Administration
- Scanning and Monitoring of Customer Links
- Attending to Customers complaints
- Initiate and implement preliminary level troubleshooting
- Provide information on Company services and products
- Forward customers complaints to appropriate department/channel for resolution.
- Reporting to Head, Service Management/Team Lead, Service Management.
- You may be assigned to other tasks that are relevant to your department’s operations from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
HND/BSc and professional qualification in relevant course Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar field
