Mrs Pelosi, who served as speaker from 2007 to 2011 and again between 2019 and 2023, was speaking in support of the motion alongside Oli Dugmore, the journalist at Left-wing online news outlet Joe.
Opposing the motion was James Schneider, the co-founder of Momentum and a former spin doctor to Jeremy Corbyn, and Winston Marshall, the Right-wing commentator.
The two protesters were escorted out by police but not arrested, an officer at the protest told The Telegraph.
Rosy Wilson, one of the two students who disrupted the speech, accused Mrs Pelosi of “contributing to genocide”.
“Nancy Pelosi and the administration she represents are not only complicit, but contributing to genocide,” she said.
“We went into the Union today, not to stop her from speaking, but to hold space for the 34,000 civilians, including 12,000 children, that are now dead as a direct result of the actions of her government, and those in coalition with them, right now.
“When the justice system doesn’t hold them accountable, we will.”
