Job Description:
The Operations Associate – Virtual Learning is a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our virtual learning platform. This role involves a range of tasks related to administration, technical support, and coordination to deliver a seamless learning experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Maintain and update the virtual learning platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Course Coordination: Assist in scheduling virtual classes, managing course materials, and coordinating with instructors.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to students and instructors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth online interactions.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as organizing meetings, maintaining records, and managing schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on course content, assessments, and learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with instructors, sales teams, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and improve learning outcomes.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on key performance metrics, such as course enrollment, student engagement, and platform usage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in virtual learning platforms or online education environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and learning management systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality educational experiences.
