- Assist in organizing and stocking makeup displays.
- Process payments and manage customer purchases.
- Provide advice on skincare and beauty routines.
- Ensure customers are aware of current promotions and discounts.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Remain up to date on the latest trends in makeup, skincare, and beauty.
- Educate customers on the use and application of makeup products.
- Promote products through in-store events and demonstrations.
- Sales in Mac Products.
Skills and Competencies to Have
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 4 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques and products
- Understanding of current makeup trends
- Ability to identify skin types and recommend suitable products
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software programs
