The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • The job entails all Accountabilities of a QA officer concerning coordination with all concerned regulatory authorities – Tanzania and other Countries in ensuring the plant functions in compliance of GMP guidelines.
  • Coordination with other departments QC and Production and ensuring adherence to regulations in all the processes of the company.
  • Ensuring all documentation is by the mandated laws – Operations and product registration.
  • Ensuring all regulatory audits are done to achieve desired objectives.
  • Advising Management to improve and update organizational processes.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • 3+ years’ relevant work experience
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
