Project Finance Officer (Railway Children Africa) reporting to the  Finance & Operations Manager and based in Mwanza. 

The role of the Project Finance Officer, S/he will assist the Finance &  Operations Manager in maintaining and developing robust financial  systems based on internationally recognised accounting principles and  practices. He/she will assist RCA partners in the development and  maintenance of these systems as well as ensure compliance with the terms  and conditions applicable to RCA and donors on financial and  administrative principles and regulations.
