Advent Construction Ltd is one of Tanzania’s largest and most recognized Civil and Building construction companies.
Advent construction limited based in Dar es Salaam but operation in different regions of Tanzania.
We are looking to hire Earthworks supervisor to be based in Ngerengere, Morogoro region.

Responsibilities
- To oversee and manage staff during night shift
- Production orientated and good understanding and experience with bulk earthworks and formation construction (layer works) processing and compaction
- Communication skills very important as he will manage many staff in a remote area
- Drivers license
- Responsible for general safety (Toolbox Talks etc)
- To manage load and haul operations
- Management of cut, fill and spoil areas – bulk earth works and formation construction experience
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
- Degree in civil engineering with at least 5 years experience.
- Knowledge of soil testing procedures will be an advantage.
- Ability to adapt in remote areas is mandatory
