Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Identifying and eliminating obsolete operational processes &procedures and simplifying them
Develop operation processes and procedures to improve service quality
Ensure new operational procedures are implemented across the group
Following up with proper updating of KPI tracking tools for all ops offices
Developing flawless customs processes to streamline cross border movements
Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the operations department
Remain current with latest industry technology systems and procedures
Prepare operations management reports and recommendations on request
Providing a support role to operations
Ensure all legal documentation of the fleet are in order
Ensure accuracy of information updated on all operational platforms ie Airtable, Smartsheet, etc
Mentor/coach the fleet teams to ensure overall efficiency
Ensure statutory documents are uploaded on time
Ensure PODs are uploaded on time to avoid delays in invoicing
Perform any other task as assigned by supervisor/management
Education, Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field. An MBA qualification will be a plus.
Experience in working in a structured system-oriented environment.
Extensive knowledge of quality improvement systems.
International exposure.
Commercially astute.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivation, leadership and innovation.
Excellent written report writing skills.
