Position: Reservations Staffs – 8 Positions

Flightlink is a scheduled and Corporate Airline with bases in Dar Es Salaam and Arusha.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Agent in our Reservations Call Centre, you will ensure smooth operation of ticket sales, manage customer inquiries, process bookings, and provide exceptional service to passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process reservation requests via phone at our Central Reservations Department in Dar es Salaam.
- Generate additional revenue through the sale of ancillary services.
- Provide guests with detailed information about flight schedules, fares, and conditions of carriage.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
Qualification:
- Minimum: Diploma in or equivalent to IATA Foundation in Travel and Tourism, Certificate in IATA Fares and Ticketing Course.
- Additional: Experience in travel agencies or airlines, ICAO Grade 4 proficiency, strong MS Office and computer skills, ability to work longer hours and naturally comfortable with customers.
