We are currently seeking qualified Riggers to work with our client, a leading telecommunications and construction company, at their various locations across Nigeria, especially in North, East, and South states. This is a full-time on-site role for a Rigger. The Rigger will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to rigging and lifting heavy objects. This includes assembling and disassembling rigging equipment, operating hoists and cranes, securing loads, and following safety procedures. The Rigger will work in collaboration with the project team to ensure efficient and safe rigging operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in rigging and lifting heavy objects
- Knowledge of rigging equipment and techniques
- Ability to operate hoists and cranes
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
- Physical strength and stamina
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in rigging and lifting operations is a must
