Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies. 

Core Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for;

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for business 
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Managing existing client relationships. 
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems 
  • He or she will work closely with the direct sales agents to ensure that all goals are met or exceeded.
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the new business as a whole 
  • Developing rapport with key descision makers 
  • Translating proposals into ready to sign contract

Key requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have an igbo origin or speaks igbo fluently. (Females only) 
  • Minimum of three years of experience in business development. 
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of the industry and current market trends.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • International and local business experience 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting 
  • Igbo origin or intermediate fluency in igbo 
  • Lives around Igando and its axis

Salary: N150,000 and commission. 

Job Location: LASU ISHERI EXPRESS WAY, IGANDO, LAGOS.
