Asad Malik is a brilliant Pakistani television and film actor who has been part of the media industry for around three decades. He started his showbiz career at a very young age. Lately, he appeared in an interview on Hum News. In the interview, he talked about his fitness and Ramadan routine. He also passed on some valuable fitness tips.
Talking about it, the seasoned actor said, “Fasting has always been quite an easy task for me. I never found it tough, however, I see very healthy people find fasting a difficult practice to do but eventually they get accustomed to it in a few days, and some don’t ever get used to it, maybe they don’t want to”. Talking about fitness, he said that he practices a few things which include good eating patterns, he said, “one should have a good eating pattern, you should eat in a way that your food should benefit you, sometimes you eat quality food but it doesn’t benefit you because of your bad eating patterns. You should never eat on a full stomach, always take a full glass of water before every meal, completely cut the cold water from your life, just eat half of your serving and eat the remaining food after two hours. Eating in small portions won’t make you fat”. He further said that he takes honey in the morning everyday as a tonic. Here is the link to the video:
