Agrochemical Product Development Manager/Consultant at Jumla Africa

POSITION: Agrochemical Product Development Manager/Consultant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform product analysis on agricultural pesticides including insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and nematicides’) and synthetic fertilizers
- Conduct scientific product need assessment.
- Work closely with manufactures
- Undertake quality controls
- work with the regulator on importation of Agrochemical
- Pesticide inspections on pesticide dealers and applicators and complete accurate and detailed reports to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Inspect and verify agricultural chemical imports.
- Promote, negotiate, and suggest new products to improve the market.
- New product development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or bachelor degree preferably in Agrochemical engineering or any other related program from recognized institute.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Agrichemical industry
