The company is seeking for an experienced, competent and self-motivated Administrative Officer to join a team of its employees with an office in Dar es Salaam and upcountry field offices.
The following key qualifications are mandatory for the selected candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, or any related field, with five or more years’ of being an Office Administrator;
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Assistant or similar duties;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities;
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications and aptitude for learning new software and systems;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information;
- Team player with superb interpersonal skills;
- Good customer service;
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude;
