Job Overview:
As an Aggregation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the aggregation operations of our Biomass Aggregation department. You will lead a team of aggregation associates, ensuring the efficient collection, organization, and preparation of materials while maintaining high levels of accuracy and data integrity. The Aggregation Supervisor will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of aggregation associates, providing guidance and support to ensure daily operational targets are met.
- Plan and budget aggregation expenditures for FO teams for smooth operations across different locations.
- Oversee the collection, organization, and preparation of materials for aggregation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming materials and track inventory levels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient workflows in the aggregation process.
- Prepare SOPs for efficient operations of aggregation.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall efficiency and streamline operations.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the integrity of aggregated materials.
- Investigate and address any issues related to material quality or discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any inquiries or concerns related to aggregation operations.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach and strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an aggregation or related operational environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Education and Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aggregation operations or related field.
