Programme description:

The DynamX Trainee Program aims to develop graduates or young professionals by building technical capability while equipping them with cross functional experience within a fast-paced corporate environment.

 

  • A highly competitive 18-month program which is comprised of segmented fixed term contracts
  • Robust evaluations determine progression into each phase of the program across the 18- month period
  • Unleashes potential through 6-month rotational cycles enabling cross functional work experience in various teams within the respective business area•The programme adheres to the 70-20-10 learning framework: individuals gain 70% of their knowledge from challenging work experiences and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from formal training
  • The program challenges trainees to embody ownership by solving challenges in new ways, taking risks and unlocking opportunities to create value
  • Candidates who successfully complete the 18-month programme will be eligible for placement in vacant roles across the business

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in various areas such as, but not limited to:
  • Finance
  • People (Psychology or HR Related degrees)
  • Marketing
  • Technology
  • Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics
  • By program start completed bachelors’ degree (from a recognized tertiary institution) achieved within requisite timeframe
  • Maximum 3 years full-time formal working experience by the program start date. (Internship, vacation work, short duration contracts and does not apply)
  • Consumer packaged good (CPG) industry experience will be advantageous
  • Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country
  • Geographical mobility within the Tanzania,  the Traineeship is based in Dar es Salaam
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
