We are committed to provide an all-round integrated Destination Management Company. We are seeking for candidates to fill the following position, to be part of our automobile service and repair team:
Position: Forman / Automotive Service Advisor (1 Position)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the automotive light and heavy- duty vehicle feet
- Maintaining vehicle appointment schedules and prepare job cards
- Answering to inquiries and identifying motor vehicle problems.
- Providing time and cost estimates in solving motor vehicle problems.
- Solving motor vehicle service issues and bookings.
- Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Automobile or a Diploma from NIT or any other institution of higher learning.
- Computer knowledge
- Excellent planning, organizational skills and ability to explain complex technical information in a simple manner.
- Self – motivated, confident and outgoing
- A team player with good communication skills
- Excellent networking skills and keen eye on analytical technical service details.
- Experience in a busy workshop environment and proven track of good performance is an added advantage
