1. ABOUT COUNSENUTH

The Centre for Counselling, Nutrition and Health Care (COUNSENUTH), a Non-Profit, indigenous Non – Governmental Organization established in 1998 with registration number SO. NO 9495 under the Tanzania Ministry of Home Affairs and later issued a new certificate with registration number 00NGO/R1/00199 in July 2023 under the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Group. COUNSENUTH headquarters is located at Plot No. 8 Sam Nujoma Road, Mikocheni B, P.0. Box 8218, Dar es Salaam.

2. INVITATION FOR BIDS

COUNSENUTH invites bids from, qualified, competent, reputable, reliable, and experienced Companies/firms/individuals to submit their tenders to provide various goods and services during our 2024 financial year. The Centre operates across the country, though currently has offices in Dar Es Salaam, Chemba DC in Dodoma and Tunduru DC, Ruvuma. The chart below provides elaborate details of the required goods and services. An entity/individual may apply to provide more than one identified item. However, each item should be applied separately.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The applicants should have the following documents attached

1. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (For VAT Registered Company).
2. Copy of TIN and VRN Certificates of the company.
3. Business License
4. Company profile that, shall include details of the Management team.
5. Valid EFD machines, and meet all other Government of Tanzania requirements to engage in business. Those that are exempt from this requirement should provide valid proof.
6. Proof of other relevant government/procurement compliances.

All the applications will pass through a tender granting process and only the successful applicants will be contacted. The deadline for the submission of applications is 27^th March 2024 at 5:00 pm.
