Manager of Resource Mobilization
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience
- Education: Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Commerce/Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Commerce/Business Administration, Social Protection, Mass Communication, International Relations, Business Communication or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Working experience of at least eight (8) years in a related field and should be at a senior position.
Nature and Scope
- Location: 1 Vacancy at Head Office.
- Reporting To: Director of ICT and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Financial Planning:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract low-cost financial resources for lending and investment.
- Resource Mobilization Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive treasury strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Funding Acquisition:
- Identify and engage potential funders, investors, and partners.
- Prepare concept proposals, investment pitches, and funding applications.
- Stakeholder Relations:
- Manage relationships with financial services providers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to funders, investors, and partners.
- Align bank’s needs with funding requirements.
- Risk Management:
- Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and implement enhancements for improved efficiency and controls.
- Other Duties:
- Carry out any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
