5-7 years
Business banking expertise; solid understanding of existing products and processes. Experience in identifying key drivers of income and cost lines. Experience in using data to create insights thatshape proposition design and client offering through multiple segments.
A post graduate qualification e.g., Chartered Accountant or MBA, Project Management or Undergraduate qualification in Finance or Banking with previous experience in partnerships/joint venture relationships/commercial alliances
