Job Opportunity: Programme Officer – Gender Inclusion
Rikolto in Tanzania is seeking a Programme Officer – Gender Inclusion to support two key projects: Vijana Kilimo Biashara (VKB) and the Joint Programme on Accelerating Progress Towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment (JP RWEE). These projects focus on promoting sustainable agricultural practices and advancing economic opportunities for youth and women in Singida and Dodoma. The Programme Officer will work with farmers, partners, and stakeholders to integrate gender-responsive actions, build capacity, and ensure inclusivity.
Key Roles:
- Mainstream gender actions in project activities.
- Coordinate training and social behavior change efforts.
- Support entrepreneurship for women-led MSMEs and VSLAs.
Contract Duration: 1 year
