Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) on supply of security services at Buckreef Gold Company Limited.

Buckreef Gold Company Ltd (“BGCL”), a JV agreement company between State Mining Corporation (STAMICO) and TRX Gold, a 100% owned subsidiary of Tanzanian Gold Corporation (TSX: TNX) (NYSE MKT: TRX). BGCL invites eligible and competent contractors who can meet our requirements and deliver high quality security services that.
- Can support daily mining operations,
- Can provide top-notch customer care services and
- Maintain high integrity and honesty with all employees, sub-contractors and Buckreef visitors.
Contractors are required to submit the following information which will be used as a basis for preliminary evaluation criteria.
- At least five(5)years of relevant experience and expertise in the field, having previous experience working in similar conditions,
such as a mining project, would be an added advantage.
Evidenced with the supporting documents and information, including assignment names, client names and addresses, contract value, and execution dates. Evidence that complies with the Tanzania laws governing provision of security services.
Detailed information regarding technical and managerial capabilities, including organizational structure, qualifications of staff, and number of key personnel. Eligibility of the contractor (i.e., Valid business license, TIN & VAT Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Tax clearance certificate, OSHA Certificate, Local Content approval from the Mining Commission, TIN & VAT certificate, NSSF certificate e.tc)
Contractor must submit, safety and environment policy, human resource policy and other policy which govern routine operations.
Expressions of interest should be submitted by email (procurement@buckreef.co.tz) no later than 02:30p.m 04th April 2024 (Submission deadline). Communication will be made to all pre-qualified Contractors once the company has completed its pre-qualification evaluation based on the information supplied.
