You’ll take charge of troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring smooth system functionality across all sites. In addition, you’ll provide thorough documentation for installations, configurations, and updates. This documentation will enhance transparency and allow teams and clients to access detailed project information.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have a background in electronics, electrical engineering, or computer science. Experience in system installation, troubleshooting, and technical support is essential. A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred, as well as certifications like CCNA. Skills in CCTV, access control, or fire systems will also be beneficial. Strong communication skills are vital because you will frequently interact with clients and team members.
