JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient beverage service to casino guests to deliver top-notch client service.
Observant and responsive to guests’ needs without being intrusive and disturbing gaming activities
Greet guests warmly, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the interaction, and be attentive to any special requests or preferences
Accurately take food and drink orders from guests and communicate
Be able to memorize the menu and offer recommendations based on the client’s taste.
Build relationships with regular clients, understanding their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Follow all applicable standards for customer services, rules, and regulations of the health department.
To carry out any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate (Diploma or equivalent in any field)
Customer service skills
Physical stamina
Team-work
Communication skills (Must speak English)
Attention to details
Flexibility to work both Day and Night Shifts
Women not more than 26 years
WORKING HOURS
8 Hours per shift including Public Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays
