Job Description :Overview of finance functions and Internal Control.

Responsibilities He/she is to
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking.
- Team Lead of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and banking.
- Receivable reconciliation and payment follow up with Customer. Month end closing activities.
- Fixed Asset Accounting, Reconciliation and Register control.
- Weekly reports preparation (Bank Position, Debtor Position, Goods in Transit, Imprest Account, Loan to staff etc).
- Group Accounts & Annual Financial Statements.
- Group companies accounts and reconciliation.
- Assistance in various audits.
- Statutory, TRA, Post clearance, NSSF etc
Skills/Experience
- Ability and experience of managing a team of accountants consisting at least 10 people.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, SAP B1/Hana and other MS office tools.
- Experience in dealing with large corporate banking institutions.
- Eye for detail and thoroughness in checking the numbers and data.
- Expertise in preparing financial statements and management reports for senior management/ Board.
- Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and auditors.
- Excellent knowledge of local taxation and regulations will be an added advantage.
