Position: Assistant Maintenance Officer/Driver

Farm of Dream Lodge is home to twelve villages with 48 Double Rooms and Superior Rooms

We are seeking the responsible & experienced individual to fill the following position:

POSITION: ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE OFFICER/DRIVER. (1 POST)

REPORTING TO: MAINTENANCE OFFICER.

Duties & Responsibilities.

• Perform all maintenance duties during the absence of the Maintenance officer.
• Assist the Maintenance officer in the daily inspection to the lodge to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance officer to find ways to reduce maintenance cost in the lodge.
• Communicate with maintenance officer of all maintenance issues in the lodge.
• Make sure all company’s properties e.g. generator, laundry machines, water pumps are in the good condition.
• Provide transport to the C.E.O, Directors, Managers and staff when needed.
• Maintain company’s vehicle log book
• Performs all transport duties which are concerning to the company.
•  Keep track of timely car insurance license renewal.
• Check oils, tires and report immediately in case of any problem.

Education and Qualification

• Minimum experience of 5 years in maintenance activities.
• Must have certificates or diploma of maintenance from VETA or from any recognized college.
• Strong knowledge of various machines and equipment.
• Must have knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
• At least 3 years in driving activities.
• A valid driving license class C.
