Britam Insurance Tanzania is seeking applications from qualified and passionate Sales Force Executives across the regions in Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mbeya, Mtwara, Mwanza and Zanzibar.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required.

Qualifications

CSEE
Degree or Diploma of Insurance or COP (Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance).
