Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies.
Core Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for;
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for business
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Managing existing client relationships.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- He or she will work closely with the direct sales agents to ensure that all goals are met or exceeded.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the new business as a whole
- Developing rapport with key descision makers
- Translating proposals into ready to sign contract
Key requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have an igbo origin or speaks igbo fluently. (Females only)
- Minimum of three years of experience in business development.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the industry and current market trends.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- International and local business experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Igbo origin or intermediate fluency in igbo
- Lives around Igando and its axis
Salary: N150,000 and commission.
Job Location: LASU ISHERI EXPRESS WAY, IGANDO, LAGOS.
