We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as the CEO’s Secretary. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Business Administration, familiar with Nigerian registration laws, female, and not older than 35 years. The candidate must be trustworthy and capable of managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and appointments.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian registration laws and regulations.
  • Assist in organizing company events and functions.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Nigerian registration laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience as an executive secretary or similar role is advantageous.
  • Female candidates not older than 35 years are preferred.
