Job Summary
As our Compensation and Benefits advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration and designing benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring competitive and attractive compensation and benefits packages to support our organization’s talent acquisition and retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness While developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits policies and strategies that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Analyze compensation trends and conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitiveness in the market and collaborate with HR leadership to design and communicate employee compensation packages, including base salary, bonuses, and incentives.
- Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and managers on compensation and benefits- related matters and stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
Requirements
- BSC in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years in compensation and benefits administration, with a focus on payroll administration and benefits strategy development
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional) is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, including salary structures, incentives, and variable pay programs.
