Today’s Express also says that Borussia Dortmund are in ‘good nic for Paris’ after Niclas Fullkrug scored the only goal in their first-leg win over PSG.
The Germany striker, 31, has been directly involved in six Champions League goals this season (3 goals, 3 assists), the joint-most by a
German player in their debut campaign in the competition alongside Marco Reus,
who was also involved in six goals in 2012-13 for Dortmund (4 goals, 2 assists).
Only Dennis Bergkamp (15/15), Diogo Rincon (10/10) and
Luisao (9/9) have more goals and assists combined in Champions League
history with all of them coming on home soil than Fullkrug (6/6).
Bergkamp, of course, could only play in a limited number of away games in Europe because of his fear of flying.
