Job Summary
Our Client, a Manufacturing Company is seeking for Graduate Trainees – IT to assist in provision of essential first-level IT support, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidates will be a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, ready to handle a variety of IT tasks. They will be responsible with troubleshooting, managing IT inventory, and supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees. This position offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment, where you will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level IT Support to employees (onsite/remote)
- Monitor IT inventory, procure and manage IT assets.
- Perform onboarding /offboarding of employees.
- Responsible for user management in IT systems/tools.
- Create and maintain IT documentation.
- Conduct internal training on IT-related topics.
- Assist on configurations/implementations in IT systems/tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with modern office productivity tools.
- Experience with IT systems will be added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a career drive in a tech startup.
- Positive, problem-solving attitude.
