Invitation for Tenders
The Good Neighbors Tanzania has a plan to renovate three classroom blocks at Uhelela village and supply building materials with construction of incinerator, Ash pit, placenta pit together with all finishing work (doors, plumbing and electrical) for Mkakatika Dispensary at Mkakatika village of Bahi District – Dodoma Region and it intends to implement the plan by hiring a qualified contractor according to its internal policy and secured budget for this project.
Nb: for renovation work at Uhelela village it includes; – Supply and fixing different size of windows(39no.) and doors(11no.), Floor screed(437Sqm), plastering for plinth rectification(900Sqm), Ceiling(437Sqm), internally and externally painting(85Sqm)

The Good Neighbors Tanzania now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tanzanian contractors registered in Class VII and above for renovation of classrooms and office at Uhelela primary school, supporting building materials for construction of incinerator, ash pit and placenta pit at Mkakatika dispensary, Bahi – Dodoma region.
Bidders may request a clarification of bidding document only up to Three days before the Bid submission deadline by sending email to HOlogistics@goodneighbors.or.tz

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All Tenders in one original plus two (2) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Good Neighbors Tanzania, Head Office Dar es Salaam, along Bagamoyo road, Boko area, near Chama before 10:00AM, 21st August 2024.Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
