To carry out your role…

Your Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Management:

  • Develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience across all channels.
  • Ensure consistent visual identity and brand voice across all marketing materials.
  • Develop a data-driven content strategy that aligns with PressOne Africa’s overall marketing goals.

Campaign Execution & Optimisation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to maximise brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Digital Presence & Public Relations:

  • Manage PressOne Africa’s digital presence across various platforms (website, social media).
  • Develop relationships with relevant media outlets and secure positive press coverage.
  • Build and maintain a strong online reputation for PressOne Africa.

Stakeholder Management & Partnerships:

  • Organise and participate in industry networking events to connect with potential customers and partners.
  • Identify and collaborate with other organisations or individuals to expand reach and achieve marketing goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate

  • A savvy marketer with a knack for storytelling and a passion for building brands (minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role).
  • You’re a quick learner, resourceful, and willing to get your hands dirty to tackle diverse marketing challenges.
  • You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
  • An eye for design and a strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.

  • We’re looking for a passionate and results-oriented Telesales Manager to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in the sales process, while also coaching and mentoring your team to achieve ambitious sales targets.

To carry out your role…

  • You’ll recruit, onboard, and train a team of telesales representatives, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment.
  • Develop and implement a winning sales strategy focused on converting leads into paying customers for PressOne Africa’s business phone system solutions.
  • Coach and mentor your team, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure they effectively represent PressOne Africa and achieve their sales goals.
  • Analyse call data and customer interactions to identify trends, optimise call scripts, and continuously improve sales processes.
  • Set clear and measurable performance metrics to track team and individual success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for potential and existing customers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record of success in building and managing telesales teams (5+ years of experience).
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, specifically within the telecommunications industry (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to develop top-performing sales reps.
  • A deep understanding of sales metrics and the ability to translate them into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

What you should have
