Student Recruitment Coordinator
The Student Recruitment Coordinator will facilitate the admissions function for Navitas North America, by assisting and working closely with our US and Canada colleges, and the broader Admissions and Compliance teams.
The responsibilities of the Student Recruitment Coordinator include processing international student applications via a defined series of processes and systems and establishing strong links with college-based colleagues and regional teams throughout the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Management and monitoring of the college pipeline alongside the in-market sales staff.
Follow up on leads generated from event participation – in person or virtual.
Stakeholders’ management by regular and accurate updates on programs and options availability.
Maintain records of activities and preparations of reports.
Regular updates to agents, students, and regional teams to ensure they are well informed and kept abreast of market developments, events, campaigns, and programs.
Salesforce records and email communications are updated with accuracy.
Establish excellent work relationships with the regional teams, Colleges, University Partners, and agents.
Individual and team targets are achieved.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in a process-driven customer-focused environment, and ability to manage own work under pressure and timelines.
Strong written and verbal English, Computer literacy along with Outlook, and effective interpersonal skills
Proven track record of strong sales performance
Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities both locally and internationally.
Ability to meet targets within defined timelines among changing priorities.
Desirable Skills:
Success in a sales role within the Higher Education sector
Proven ability to monitor and evaluate the success of activities and report appropriately.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
