Administrative Duties:

  • Act as the front-line customer service support for incoming calls from customers, clients, and doctors/centers for lab results.
  • Coordinate courier services and Maintain professional and courteous behavior to ensure customer satisfaction.
  •  Provide other registration/clerical, and billing support as required.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities with understanding and respect for the patient’s rights
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Sc./HND in Biological Sciences
  • Previous Experience 2 – 4 years post-graduation experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks promptly.
  • Proficient use of clinical laboratory information systems.
