Overview: 

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client’s hotel chain operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and guest services. You will provide leadership, direction, and guidance to ensure the achievement of all business objectives and uphold a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance the brand reputation of the hotel chain.
  2. Provide effective leadership and direction to senior management and department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Oversee the pre-opening procedures of new hotel properties, including site selection, development, and operational readiness.
  4. Monitor and manage financial performance, budgets, and operational expenses to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
  5. Foster a culture of excellence in guest services, ensuring the delivery of memorable experiences and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, property owners, government agencies, and industry partners.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of leadership and success in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles.
  2. Strong understanding of hotel operations, including pre-opening procedures, financial management, and guest services.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Management or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  5. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
