Job Description
An e-commerce company in Lagos is looking for a reliable Tech Savvy Personal Assistant to join our experienced team in Lekki Phase 1. As a personal assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing both personal and professional tasks for our clients, leveraging your technical skills to enhance efficiency and productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Assist to Research Vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Assist in negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Review the quality of purchased products
- Enter Order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivered information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Serve as the primary point of contact and personal assistant for the clients’ business, building a strong working relationship and understanding the business’s unique needs.
- Efficiency manage schedule, including scheduling meetings, and appointments and coordinating personal and professional commitments.
- Handle email correspondence, draft documents and maintain organized digital records, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Provide technical assistance, including troubleshooting computer and device issues, setting up and maintaining technology tools and assisting with software and application usage.
- Conduct online research, gather information and prepare reports or presentations as required by clients.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating various personal and professional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, manage databases and assist with data entry and analysis as needed.
- Track and reconcile expenses, prepare detailed expense reports and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as directed.
REQUIREMENTS.
- Must reside close the Lekki Phase 1
- 2-3 years of proven experience working in a related role
- Excellent computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent communication, administration and organization skills that can provide exceptional service.
- Professional approach to work with the ability to multitask as well as prioritize under pressure to meet deadlines.
