As a Luxury Furniture Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and exceeding the expectations of our high-end clientele. You will be responsible for developing new leads, cultivating relationships with designers and architects, and driving sales within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with potential and existing clients, understanding their design needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on furniture selection, space planning, and interior design principles.
- Conduct tours of our showroom, showcasing our product lines and highlighting the unique features and benefits of each piece.
- Develop and present customized proposals that align with client budgets and design goals.
- Negotiate sales and effectively close deals.
- Manage and maintain a strong network of contacts within the design community, including architects, interior designers, and influencers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest furniture trends and design styles.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury furniture sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for luxury furniture and design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
