Position: Sales Manager (General Insurance )
Location: Dar es Salaam
ASSEMBLE Insurance Tanzania Limited is one of the largest and most successful private Insurance Company in Tanzania. Its Head Office is in Dar es Salaam with Sales offices in Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma and Zanzibar.
SALES MANAGER (GENERAL INSURANCE)
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITY /COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of business development strategies and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to promote, negotiate and conclude contracts.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation, and attention to detail withthe ability to manage
multiple projects with competing priorities
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- B. Comm./ B. Business Admin (Marketing Option)
- 5years’ experience in similar role
- Experience in using digital marketing & sales tools
- Certification in an insurance-related field
- Project management (desired)
