Support Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) from conception to execution, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging and relevant content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing insights to enhance marketing efforts.
Brand Development: Support the marketing manager in strengthening the brand’s presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
Digital Marketing: Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including social media management, SEO/SEM strategies, paid advertisements, and email marketing.
Event Coordination: Help plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to maximize exposure and generate leads.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Budget Management: Assist in tracking marketing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
6-7 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven experience in campaign management and digital marketing.
Experience in a leadership role for at least 2 years
Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and customer behavior.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
