The Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service informs all those called on the interview of Health sector that the WRITING INTERVIEW/SCREEN will be held In the Region where the interviewee currently lives (Current address) and INTERVIEW OF FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW will be held in the Region you chose at the time you are applying for a job. For example, if you applied for the position of Physician in Mara Region, you will do it interview interview In Mara region.
The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat on behalf of MDAs & LGAs would like to inform all job applicants who have applied for a job that the interview is expected to be conducted from 02-09-2024 to 12-09-2024 to finally assign job centers to job applicants who pass the interview.
The interviewees who are called to the interview should consider the following instructions:-
- The interview will be held from the date as shown in this announcement, the time and place where the interview will be held is specified for each Cadre. 2. Each interviewee must arrive at the interview area wearing a mask
- Each Respondent should have identification for identification;
- Acceptable IDs include:- Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport or letter of identification from the Local/Village Government you are from.
- The interviewees must come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting with birth certificate, certificate IV, VI, diploma, diploma, higher diploma, degree and continue depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
- Interviewees who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, form IV and VI results slips (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
- Each interviewee will pay for Food, Travel and Accommodation. 8. Each Interviewee should note the date, time and place he was scheduled to interview.
- For applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, make sure their certificates have been checked and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA)
- Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they have not been harassed. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are announced and consider the requirements of the relevant announcement.
- For the cadres who are required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they should have the original Registration along with Licenses to work.
- All interviewees called to the interview should make sure they log in to their accounts and copy the test numbers because those numbers will not be given during the interview
- All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so you are advised to wear clothes that can withstand cold weather.
