Technical Sales Account Manager
Key Objectives
- Connect with big merchants in education, aviation, and hotels, targeting those with transactions over $1 million. Grow our business by finding, checking, and listing potential merchants.
- Effectively present our online checkout products, emphasizing benefits and features, either in person or online.
- Keep our sales records updated and accurate, documenting every merchant interaction for quick and informed decision-making.
- Understand our online checkout products well, explain their value, and collaborate with the technical team to create special solutions when needed.
- Build relationships with key people in schools, airlines, and hotels, tailoring product presentations to meet their specific needs. Additionally, lead negotiations, address concerns, and ensure successful contract closures with support from legal and finance teams. Stay informed on industry trends to enhance our product offering.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years experience in selling tech or online payment services.
- Understand and explain technical features easily.
- Talk well, negotiate, and present ideas. Work alone or in a team smoothly.
