Job Description
- Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing of accounts
- Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the end of the day, count and package currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency
- Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests
- Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile
Job Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree, OND or HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or any numerate disciplines and the Social Sciences.
- At least 2 years work experience.
- High computer literacy.
- Cash-handling experience
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency
